IN NO EVENT SHALL NEAL DAVIS AUCTIONEER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF NEAL DAVIS AUCTIONEERS HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING TO ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

There will be an additional charge of $15.00 US applied to every order which is to be shipped outside the United States. Once your package leaves the United States Neal Davis Auctioneers is no longer responsible for the contents of your package. Neal Davis Auctioneers reserves the right to refuse shipment on any International Order.

NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY PRODUCTS OVER 30 DAYS OLD. Return of goods MUST BE NOTIFIED to Neal Davis Auctioneers, PRIOR TO DESPATCH AND MUST BE SENT VIA US POSTAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SERVICE OR UNITED PARCEL SERVICE SO THAT THEY MAY BE TRACKED. No responsibility will be accepted for goods that cannot be tracked. If customer decides that they do not require products shipped, customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. If customer requires product exchange, customer is responsible for additional shipping charges. Returns will be accepted if items are in the original, unopened and undamaged packages. Damaged or loose merchandise, merchandise not in the original container or merchandise over 15 days old (from invoice date) may not be returned. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Neal Davis Auctioneers reserves the right to refuse the return of any item.
