Return
Policy
NO
RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY PRODUCTS OVER 30
DAYS OLD.
Return of goods MUST BE NOTIFIED to
Neal Davis Auctioneers, PRIOR TO
DISPATCH AND MUST BE SENT VIA US
POSTAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SERVICE
OR UNITED PARCEL SERVICE SO THAT THEY
MAY BE TRACKED. No responsibility will
be accepted for goods that cannot be
tracked. If customer decides that they
do not require products shipped,
customer is responsible for cost of
return shipping. If customer requires
product exchange, customer is
responsible for additional shipping
charges.
Returns will be accepted if items are
in the original, unopened and
undamaged packages. Damaged or
loose merchandise, merchandise not in
the original container or merchandise
over 15 days old (from invoice date)
may not be returned. Unacceptable
returns will be returned to the
customer at the customer's expense.
Neal Davis Auctioneers reserves the
right to refuse the return of any
