Neal Davis

Neal begin his career early in life at the age of 11  when he  sold a group of

Salt and Pepper shakers at his uncle’s Winford Davis’  Auction in

Mammoth Springs, Arkansas. Of course they brought too much but the bug

had bit and in 1977 after working at Arkansas State University, Beebe Campus

(1972-77), Neal opened Neal Davis Auction and Realty Co. in Beebe, AR.

Neal also has sold farm machinery,  had a consignment house, and began selling Automobiles at Beebe Auto Exchange in 1979.  In 1984 he became the lead auctioneer for Mid-Ark Auto Auction in Little Rock and is currently still selling for ADESA in the same location.

 

Over the years, Neal has sold Livestock, Airplanes, Real Estate, Estates, Farm and Ranch and Farm Equipment. 

 

He is the first Bid Calling Champion (1984-85) of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association which he has served on the Board of Directors and President two terms.  He also is a member of the Arkansas Auctioneers Hall of Fame.

 

Nationally, Neal was the 1990 NAA International Auctioneer Champion held in Baltimore Maryland  and in 1996 was named World Champion Auto Auctioneer in his home State of Missouri.

 

Neal is a graduate of Thayer High School in Thayer, Missouri, holds a  BSA Degree from Arkansas  State University in Jonesboro, Ar., Graduate of Broadway School Of Real Estate, Graduate of Missouri Auction School, Graduate of Professional Ringmens Institute.

 

He is the author of an on line tape series “Structuring Your Chant” which is now in some 13 countries.  He currently teaches at Kentucky Auction Academy in Bowling Green, KY. Neal has conducted Lectures and Seminars at several State Conventions across the U.S.

 

Neal along with his son, Jason, brother, Mike, and grandson, Ethan, continues to provide personal service in the sale of Real Estate, Personal Property and Automobiles in Arkansas and surrounding States.
