In 1984, Neal won the first Arkansas Auctioneers Association Bid Calling Contest. After being named runner-up at the N.A.A. Convention in 1989, he won the N.A.A. International Auctioneer Championship in 1990. In 1996, he won the World Champion Automobile Contest in his home State of Missouri.
Neal holds Arkansas Auctioneers License #1 and was instrumental in getting many of the auction laws established in the State of Arkansas. He is a member of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association and a member of the Arkansas Auctioneers Hall of Fame. Neal has spent many years developing a successful chant and has taught hundreds of students across the nation how to develop and structure their chant.

Neal is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Neal Davis Auction and Realty Company of Beebe, AR, specializing in Real Estate, Estates and Automobile Auctions.
